Do I need an account to make purchases online?

Creating an account is not compulsory. You may make online purchases and check them out as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to make repeated purchases faster and to track your orders more conveniently.

How do I register an account?

You may easily register an account using a valid email address or to log in using your existing Facebook account.

I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?

Simply click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link and enter your email address to retrieve your password. An email notification with the new password will be sent to your email. Kindly change your password when logged in successfully.

How do I change my address, contact details or password?

You may change you address, contact details or password through the 'My Account' button at the top of the web page. Click through the tabs of 'Address Book' or 'Account Information' to change your details or password respectively.

How do I track my order?

Registered account – Go to 'My Account' –> 'My Orders' to check on your order status.

How do I register an account?

For unregistered users, you may use the tracking no. provided in the email receipt to track your order.

What does your order status mean?

Pending – Awaiting payment to be made.

Processing – Orders awaiting to be shipped out from warehouse.

Shipped – Orders sent to delivery courier and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Completed – Orders have been delivered and received by customer.

Cancelled – Orders have been cancelled.

How do I use my discount code?

At Shopping Cart, bottom left corner, enter available discount code and click 'Apply Coupon'.

Check that the Grand Total amount has been adjusted for the promo code before clicking 'Checkout'.

Please note that only one coupon code can be used at a time.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Your discount code may be invalid due to wrong character insertions (spelling, upper/lower case characters used), minimum spending requirements, valid period availability, or specific product category / customer group entitlements.

I've received a defective item. What should I do?

Kindly contact us @ 6659-7890 upon receiving the defective item. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping / Delivery

When will I receive my (local) parcel?

All online purchases will be delivered within 7 working days. You may track your orders via the tracking no. provided on the email receipt. The delivery time estimated depends on our courier partners’ dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffics and weather conditions if delivered internally by SEC personnel. For all deliveries made via our delivery courier, parcels will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not do international shipping. We are currently working on it and will implement it soon.

What are the shipping rates and surcharges?

For all local online orders, there will be a shipping fee of SGD5.
For purchases over SGD50, you will be entitled to Free Delivery Charges.
Please kindly note that we do not deliver to areas with restricted access or inaccessible areas like Sentosa or MINDEF areas.

What are the delivery timeslots?

All online purchase deliveries will be sent on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except Public holidays) from 9am to 6pm. No weekend deliveries is available.

Do you deliver island-wide?

We do deliver to all locations in Singapore except restricted access or inaccessible areas like Sentosa & MINDEF areas.


What are the payment methods available?

For all online purchases, payment are made through Paypal Services.

Credit card payments can also be used under Paypal.

Successful transactions

All successful transactions are followed up by a confirmation email. If you have not received any confirmation via your email within an hour of purchase, please contact us @ 6659-7890 for verification.

Can I amend / cancel / refund my orders after confirmation?
