We may share necessary information with other SEC Group companies which have been authorised to carry out specific services to process any application(s) or service(s) you have made, so as to serve you in the most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
Emails From SEC
Attractive and graphics-rich emails are a quick and effective way to communicate with our customers and subscribers about new products and upcoming events. SEC will maintain an opt-out, subscription database of users who have requested to receive these emails. Every email you receive provides an option for you to unsubscribe to such information.
Access And Updating
SEC will provide access to, update and/or amend the Personal Information in accordance with applicable law. You may request access to, and have the opportunity to update, amend or withdraw your Personal Information by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the details in the Contact Us section below. For security reasons, SEC reserves the right to take steps to authenticate the identity of the requesting party before providing access to Personal Information in accordance with this section of the Privacy Policy.

SEC will store personal information only for the time necessary for fulfillment of the purposes for which such Personal Information is collected, or upon your formal request to us to cease storing of your personal data, or as permitted by applicable law. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
